**Rules:** Submissions are limited to 5 per person. Exclude articles such as “a”, “an”, “the”, etc. that begin the title. Example: “The Hokey Pokey” belongs in the H poll, not the T poll. Exclude titles that begin with punctuation, such as an apostrophe, parenthesis, etc. You must include the artist (not the composer, unless they are the same person) or your submission will not be counted. Polls will appear in this thread once we reach 100 or 150 nominations, depending on when we hit a wall. Classical releases are excluded. Final poll, also in this thread, will narrow the field to 10. ---

Another category that’s hard to winnow down, but: **[Bachelorette](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tABb_smhrlE) - Björk.** Big and sweeping. **[Beggin’](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=qN3kC_4xURA) - Frankie Valli & The Four Seasons** (now with the Cyriak Harris video for extra value) **[Beach Baby](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=ge4l82FG6JY) - First Class** (despite or perhaps because of the blatant plagiarism from Sibelius’ Fifth Symphony) **[Being Alive](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=am8qrrZAtP4) - Dean Jones (& Cast of _Company_)**. The last take of a long day and Jones gives it every last ounce he has left. **[Buffalo Soldier](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=uMUQMSXLlHM) - Bob Marley & The Wailers.** Not sure whether the claim that the resemblance of one passage to the Banana Splits theme is deliberate is true or not, but it’s still a great song. ---
