Mad props to whomever suggested Southern Culture on the Skids. I was introduced to them in the mid-90s, and wore out the CD “Too Much Pork for Just One Fork” (which includes this poll’s “Voodoo Cadillac,” as well as other greats like “Back in the Woods” and “CW James 00 Spy”). ---
