# What is the Cape Town, SA equivalent of Wal-mart or Target?

A member of my household is looking for a charger for her Canon Powershot, and needs to know the best place to go grab one. The camera stores she has tried are out of stock, so I though a large department store might be the best bet.

Any suggestions?
