I know this is super late and no one will read this but if they do I hope they find it helpful!! It’s an original painting made for Willow by a company/ brand called PussArt that makes a lot of painting/ props for tv shows ---

Thank you, @Mothernature, for finding the answer to this question. Or finding the question for this answer, however it worked. Meanwhile, this was (and is) still more properly a Cafe Society question than a GQ one, so I’ll go ahead and move it. ---
