As someone looking in from another country it appears the hatred for Obama is over the top. I am frankly surprised that he is still alive. I have seen it go from his policies, to a lack of policies. He likes something different on his hot dog, huge scandal. His eldest daughter has been accused of being freakishly tall, both have been called ugly and then there is that horrid Michelle she is going to “force” people to feed their kids right. I know the Clinton’s had a lot of hate directed at them including Chelsea, but it didn’t seem as widespread. I am continually amazed by some of the silly things people find so scandalous about the Obamas. ---

Obama might be lying about his religion, but given the extremists who think that a person’s lack of religion should matter in terms of being a good public servant, I can’t fault him for that. If you and I can agree that we both think being an atheist would have no negative impact as it relates to his job performance, but being open about it would, then there’s no good reason not to lie about it ---
