Long, long ago, I bookmarked this one…[Guy Stuff](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?threadid=18972). Warning: absurdly long thread. Don’t think they allow 'em this size anymore, but back when the Net was young and we had only about 20,000 members, here it was. Michael Moore’s surprising publicity grab–I mean acceptance speech–at last year’s Oscars spawned [dozens of imitations](http://boards.straightdope.com/sdmb/showthread.php?s=&threadid=172201&highlight=oscar+speech). I can’t find the links, but both were from **Wildest Bill**. The first is the source of the often quoted “Gotcha ya!” and the second is when he was in a low speed chase with the police and _didn’t realize it_. Man, it’s been years and just thinking of that thread cracks me up. ---

**Master Wang-Ka** told a story in one thread about his, er, _unorthodox_ method of getting rid of some pesky Jehovah’s Witnesses. I don’t want to spoil the story for those who haven’t read it, but at the same time, I can’t find the thread. If anyone knows what I’m talking about and has a more thorough recollection than I, please contribute a link to the cause. That was the funniest thing I’ve read in a long, long time. ---

Dude, you have to search for the saga of Bubba’s Russian Mail Order Bride. It’s kind of funny sad though. Also, Scyllas Evil Nazi Hedgehogs. There’s one post in there about a hedgehog that was barrelling at one Doper like it was riding up San Juan Hill or maybe Guadalcanal. ---
