Based on knowledge, the administrators and moderators are allowed to rule over the subjects, but the reverse is not permitted. Glad to be of assistance. **Cecil** who is claimed to be the smartest person in the world (or was he merely claimed to be the smartest _man_ in the world?) must contend with the ever-present competition of that other pretender, arch-rival and nemesis **Marilyn**! Yet, **C** has even deferred to **M** having once (at least) cited her in one of his columns. (Sorry, haven’t been able to find it in the searches, but I swear I read it once.)
