I am pretty sure this won’t violate any board policies against profanities~ if it does I apologize in advance.

Can anyone tell me if [this](http://www.sickjokes.net/media/video/jcom.avi) is a " real " commercial, and if so, what’s it for?
Until we find out the Straight Dope, anyone wanna take a guess?
