Two worth a mention by Martyn Bennett. From his album [Grit](http://www.amazon.com/Grit/dp/B00122Z1RM/ref=pd_bbs_sr_3?ie=UTF8&s=dmusic&qid=1227622591&sr=8-3), Blackbird: I love how he manages to capture the essence of a bagpipe’s sound, without the bagpipes themselves. (He was too weak from chemotherapy at the time he made the album Grit, which he realized was very probably his musical epitaph.)
