I have a bottle of Chambord I got last Christmas. It’s the only liquor in the house, so it’s the oldest. ---

Some cooking wine my mom bought some time this year, that was made this time this year. Unless the last bits of the first real vanilla extract we’ve bought in years is older. ---

My mom and her husband have been dead for nearly a decade. I gave them a bottle of Johnnie Walker Blue Label for Christmas. I retrieved it after she died. I still have it, unopened. Not being sentimental; I just don’t want to open a $160 bottle of sauce until I can sit back and appreciate it. ---

I have a bottle of Everclear I picked up on a trip to Tijuana in 1991. I think it’s had about 3 shots worth taken out. ---

From what I remember of Everclear, one shot will keep you drunk for a year. ---

Knappogue Castle, 1 bottle - unopened. It’s locked in the gun safe. I inherited it after my grandfather passed. It’s from 1951, but was barrel aged until the 80s when it was bottled.
