I’m working through some emotional issues, and I’m curious what anyone considers to be the opposite of anger. For example, I think the opposite of frustrated is relieved, opposite of depressed is happy, opposite of hopeless is hopeful, opposite of scared is brave, opposite of helpless is empowered. So, what is the opposite of angry? ---

If you’re angry then you have bad feelings towards someone or something. So I’d say the opposite is satisfied or contented. ---

I don’t know, but you ask a very good question! Possibly peace and tranquility. In addition, the opposite of anger could be just the feeling of no strong emotions. ---
