I’m seeing a scattering of Trump signs and no Harris signs here in central VA.
I live in a suburb that tends slightly blue, right next to a suburb that tends slightly red. Around here, there are relatively few signs endorsing any candidate. The issue here is the proposed constitutional amendment to legalize abortion in Missouri. On my block alone there are four houses with Amendment 3 signs, and I am the only house with a candidate sign (two actually, one for Harris, and one for the latest Democrat to challenge our six-term Republican Congressperson.) The pro and con ratio changes on every street, but the Amendment is clearly the hot button this year.
Just today, I saw that one of my neighbors had suddenly added a political yard sign. I also saw that said neighbor had just put up their Halloween decorations. I honestly can’t tell whether they’re doing this on purpose.
