What do the Democrats want to do? 
Maybe they are talking ideas but when you get down to it, the GOP is the party that has actually fucked the USA in the Ass. They have left the USA so heavily into debt, that the Democrats will have to raise taxes.
Bernie is not a Democrat.
Republicans would argue that Democrats would raise taxes anyway. Except now they can’t use that money to fund social programs. That’s what Democrats are really angry about. That and the fact that the middle class is untaxeable now, thus making anything but small government a political impossibility.
How on earth is the middle class untaxable? All their cuts expire and phase out.
Small government left a hundred years ago, the GOP isnt in favor of it either. Dems are tax & spend, GOP is borrow and spend.
The tax cuts will never be allowed to phase out. Democrats fought hard to protect the middle class Bush tax cuts. And even the most left wing Democrats won’t say they’ll raise taxes on even the affluent, much less the working class. Thus my wondering what they think they are going to accomplish.
The Dems are very much in favor of getting rid of those costly tax cuts for the rich and corporations.
Not raising taxes, just getting rid of unfair tax cuts.
