Useless math concepts you were forced to learn

Over in this thread a lot of people seemed to gravitate toward math they were forced to learn. I loved math and learned things that seemed pretty useful—the Pythagorean theorem, for instance. When people say, “Why should I learn math?” I sometimes reply, “Remember all those word problems?” IMO that’s is how you could use it. But not all things are obvious or immediately useful to the average person. Got any gripes?
