Unlike a lot of the others there is no layer of excitement or melancholy, or any other concept other than relaxed good-feeling. I had always liked this song, but never saw the musicians until recently. That dude has some serious sideburns. šŸ˜ƒ I was watching this video, and my daughter looks over my shoulder and remarked ā€œHe looks like a monkey!ā€ šŸ˜› ---

A great number of suggestions. The Beatles clearly lead the Feel-Good field. Also: I Feel Fine Get Back Hey Jude Getting Better Penny Lane As I look through my own library, **horns** seem to play a prominent role in many feel-good songs. Iā€™d say the 80ā€™s is the leading decade for feel-good (edging the 60ā€™s). And at #1ā€¦ Iā€™ll put Katrinaā€™s **Walking on Sunshine** as #1, narrowly edging out the OPā€™s selections, Spencer Davisā€™ ā€œGimme Some Lovingā€ and Jackie Wilsonā€™s ā€œHigher and Higher.ā€ Some others here. Not necessarily the Ultimate Feel-Good song, but certainly worthy of honorable mentions: [Shout](https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=MG7KCOO76Wc) - Isley Brothers (or Otis Day & the Knights!)
