Unfortunately I have seen this picture before. It is an obese man/woman who jumped off a building to kill him/her self. This picture shows the affect of that much weight hitting the pavement. Why in god’s name would someone post that picture here? Thank you for the wonderful morning pick-me-up. ---

Doll…that cant be real, _nobody_ would be that fucked-up-in-the-head to post something like that here for fun if it was real… Has to be fake. Right? Somebody? I think it’s a fake. Look at the left foot. If you’ll notice, the toes are bent under, like s/he was crawling. Now, about the only way that s/he could have landed like that would be if s/he landed on his/her feet, then toppled forward. The velocity at which this must have occured would probably break all the toes, and rupture the skin, in which case we’d be seeing blood, which we don’t. The other option is that s/he didn’t land on his/her feet, but survived long enough to attempt to crawl. Given what we’ve seen in the photo, I don’t think that’s an option. I’m no forensic detective, so I could be way off base here. But that’s how it looks to me. ---

My take is that it’s part real, part fake. It _is_ the photograph of an obese person (most probably a man), but if you look closely, it also has the markings of a doctored photo. Look at the lines where you would expect to find the outer edge of the legs (on the right and the left hand sides); IMO, the “extra flesh” was added using a computer; same with the torso on the left hand side. And I would be willing to bet a nice sum that there isn’t any suicide involved. There isn’t any blood simply because the “accomplice” just lied down at that spot. Could also be that the “body” has been superimposed on the background, but that doesn’t seem very likely. ---

## I have seen this picture before. It was sent to me by a friend, as part of a joke. You go to a website, there is this long, drawn out joke you have to read, and then you see this picture as the punchline. I don’t remember what the joke was though. “Love given when it is inconvenient is the greatest love of all. Kindnesses that are shared at a high cost to oneself are the most dear.” Don’t know who said it, but I like it. ---

Sorry but I don’t know what is portrayed in the picture here either. I found the picture on the message board I was reading (with no explanation) about a year and a half ago. I was interesting enough, so I saved it on my HD. I just came across it again while cleaning my hard drive. First of all, to those who were offended by the picture, my apologies. I did not really anticipate this. I have showed it to a few friends, and their reactions were about the same, they laughed their asses off and then looked at me and said “WTF IS THAT?!?!?!”. (Maybe that says something about the people I hang around with?). If I thought this picture actually depicted a dead person though, there’s no way I would’ve posted it. A friend and I analyzed it for awhile and we concluded that it was most likely a doctored photo or some kind of fake rubber man. But we still weren’t sure. I figured it was possible that someone on this board would know what the hell was going on the picture, or someone would be a photography expert, something like that. This picture intrigues me too much. You see, I can’t sleep at night with stuff like this dancing around in my head. (“If it’s real, why did he jump naked? Wouldn’t there be people crowded around the scene? Why would he land almost parallel to the building? Did he do a 90 degree turn in the air? Why does he seem to not have a single hair on his body?”) So, in closing, I’d still like to hear speculation on the picture if anyone has something more to add. I renamed the file so people are not forced to look at it when they open the thread.
