No picture, alas. When driving through Virginia last week I saw several people with small stickers on their car trunks. The stickers appeared to be of a horizontally-striped flag, black on the top and bottom, navy blue in the middle. Each stripe was the same height. Anyone know what it was? ---

Isn’t navy blue a _lot_ darker than that, like almost black? ---

Yeah, could be. Probably. I saw the stickers for a few seconds apiece through a car window.
