In [http://www.jumbojoke.com/chocolate\_chip\_cookies\_for\_scientists\_1559.html](http://www.jumbojoke.com/chocolate_chip_cookies_for_scientists_1559.html) what is item 7 intended to be?? I can figure out the rest (although flour isn’t just gluten, so I don’t quite agree with 1).

Thanks. I thought after I posted that maybe that was what was missing in the recipe, but not being much of a cook I wasn’t sure.
