There’s this sub-genre of YouTube where the videos show fans (who weren’t physically present at the game) reacting to winning goals or what have you. [This one](https://youtu.be/M2eJbaqQKyM?si=EKSD2Q2RK_7VdjBJ&t=204) is from Scotland’s 4-2 win over Denmark to qualify for the 2026 World Cup.

What is that place?

I set it to start at the point in the video with the venue I was asking about, which is almost certainly the building @Elmer_J.Fudd says it is.
