# What is your alarm sound?

I have one of those [“sunrise” wake-up light](https://www.amazon.com/Philips-Wake-Up-Sunrise-Simulation-HF3510/dp/B0093162QS/) things, and it’s set to the local rock station (I listen to the morning show while I’m getting ready for work).

If I need to get up early enough that backup is required from my phone’s alarm, it is the Muppets’ “Mahna Mahna.”
