hmmmm… been collecting nigh on 40 years now - where to start? The Original Star Trek Leaf Set? or the A&BC set? The First Enterprise Model (with lights)? First prints of all the important Trek books? The Galoog ST:Next Generation Action Figures. The first 50 Starlog Magazines - all originals, no reprints… The Original Nightmare Before Christmas toys… First Prints of all of Zelazny’s works… I’ve been doing this way too long… ---

I think my favorite has to be the _Star Trek: Generations_ poster. This is no ordinary poster. First, it’s gigantic, 6’ x 6’ at least. Second, it was designed for use in a movie theater display, so it’s actually got the same image on both sides, with some degree of translucency. Finally the material is well above normal quality poster paper. This is vintage 1994 Star Trek history. ---

It’s not really a possession per se. I have a wireframe [Utah teapot](http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Utah_teapot) tattooed on my right shoulder. It won me the title “geekiest in the room” at a party a few years back. ---

Also complete **Filmfax** and **Cinefantastique**. Animation cell from the first “The Amazing Spiderman” television cartoon. And just to make the “The 40 Year-Old Virgin” connection, a subway-sized poster from Doug Henning’s “The Magic Show”. When I saw that Carell’s character had a Henning poster, I neary fell out of my chair. ---

Movies: - “Trilogy Tuesday” laminated pass, with lanyard - original page torn out of Variety of Terry Gilliam asking Sid Sheinberg why he won’t release the movie **Brazil** (my all-time favorite film) - an original poster for the Australian movie **Bliss** (it’s hanging in the kitchen) - a huge subway poster of Herzog’s **Nosferatu** (it’s also hanging in the kitchen) - plus I suppose these would count: the **LOTR** extended box sets and the super-duper **Matrix** box set (in a lucite box that includes a Neo action figure) Music: - personally signed note and signed photos from **Kate Bush** that just came in the mail out of the blue (we didn’t write and ask for autographs and had no idea she knew who we were) - original painting that was used as the cover for **Happy Rhodes’** 2nd album, signed to me on the back [QUOTE=Cluricaun] My framed 1977 copyright Star Wars theatrical release poster. My previous most-prized geek possession was a complete collection of posable Golgo 13 action figures w/ real cloth clothing…all still in their original UFO-catcher packaging. I bestowed them on a very close friend as a wedding gift. He loved them. His wife gave me the stink-eye. 😕 ---
