Also always kinda liked **rowrrbazzle**. It’s a great onomatopoeia. The rowrr always makes me think of some dude in a bar seeing a hot girl and saying “rowrr,” and then the bazzle is like a razzle-dazzle magic show. Or like Prof Farnsworth saying he should have rechecked Bubblegum’s razzle-dazzle algebra. Lots of funny images coming together at once with a great sound. ---

I don’t think I’ve ever had a single favorite, but there are always a few that lighten my day. **Cookies** , thirded or fourthed or whatever. **Hippos** definitely, especially since at one time I used to draw cartoons for fun, and one of mine had a suburban housewife complaining because there were pygmy rhinoceroses in her petunias. **Really Not All That Bright** - Wonderful combination of self-effacement implying true confidence. Well done. **1920’s Style Death Ray** , for those of you younger tadpoles, it had a running joke for a long time to mention this idea. The joke had about worn itself out, when somebody took the phrase for his username. I think he used to be something else before that. **Go, You Big Red Fire Engine** ’ **Cunctator** - It wasn’t until years after first encountering this name that I learned that what the word means and how appropriate it is to this person’s occupation as an actuary. IIRC the last three are Australian–you guys seem to have a knack. ---

I’m not a big fan of fabricated names of any kind: cute names, pun names, nick names, ironic names…whatever. I like it when people simply use their real surname as their username—perhaps coupled with their real first name, title, degree, or what have you. So, come on people, join the likes of Richard Parker, Ivan Astikov, Peter Morris, SSG Schwartz, Agent Foxtrot, Skald the Rhymer, Mr. Excellent, Mr. Pbbth and myself…be proud, use your real names! 🙂 ---
