Kinda long, but I like my facebook quote: “We are the beasts that shout love at the heart of the world. Ehrfurcht vor dem Leben!” The latter half is a quote from Albert Schweitzer about respecting life in all its forms. It’s not an abortion thing, just a cool kindness/compassion quote I like. The first half denotes my feelings on humanity’s position in the animal kingdom while maintaining the importance of what I feel is highest in life, and how greatly it is lacking. I hope that made some sense. ---

Thought of a couple more: - Check. Then re-check. (related to ‘measure twice, cut once’) - Days may crawl, but years will fly. - When situations go bad, when the dreaded inevitable time comes for you to face the music, gird your loins, and face the problem with these words: “OK. I’m going in.” (really, just say Fuck it, I’m going in - and somehow you will be able to do just that). ---
