I think I’m going to have to do a retake of that test. Apparently I got a mental age of 48, but I know that’s not right since I am 21 and I expect that my actual mental age (i.e. not from that test) is somewhere in the region of 16-20. ---

I suspect one problem with this test is it may assume that more “liberal” answers are indicative of youth, and answers that indicate an unfamiliarity with current pop culture or technology are indicative of being older. I bet I could have gotten an even lower “mental age” had I answered the iPhone question with something other than “It’s just a phone” (in reality, I just hate telephones in general, and have since long before cell phones came along), and I could have gotten a higher age if I hadn’t answered that Miley Cyrus is a beautiful young woman (because DAYUM she is). ---
