The Republicans should keep that, since Democrats say it doesn’t affect beneficiaries. Then repealing ACA saves hundreds of billions of dollars. ---

Scalia’s dissent has (as per normal) some of the best lines. “We should start calling this law SCOTUScare.” [This interpretation] “is of course quite absurd, and the Court’s 21 pages of explanation make it no less so.” Roberts gets his own dig in the majority opinion: “The Affordable Care Act contains more than a few examples of inartful drafting.” ---
