# What is your personal low?

I was going to post mine, but my computer decided it wouldn’t let me. So I’ll post my most recent one: back in March, when I decided to take a month off work for psychiatric leave, and left two days early because I was going to kill myself if I had to sit at that desk another day. I went to a therapy group in which I heard the sort of workplace horror stories that left mine in the dust. I’m back at that job, and would quit in a heartbeat if anyone else would have me, with my poor attendance record due to migraines and depression (from all those days I woke up and cried at the thought of going to work).

getting laid off from the best job of my life and then finding out the woman I most loved spent her whole life married to someone who ignored her.
