I love the way the Fischer Space pens write - but their casings are so cheap and cheesy. Still, I usually have at least one on hand.
Papermate Erasermate pens. I they are great in place of a pencil.
Oh, yeah! That’s my pen too.
Extra fine model.
I gave kids a choice of pens or candy. Many of them chose the pen.
For my journal writing, I have a Parker Reflex fountain pen that I cherish. For check writing and other tasks like that, I also like the Pilot G2.
What a great idea for Halloween, Magiver!
Currently, Zebra’s F-302. I have an unusual way of holding my pens and pencils that will either break the tip or bend/break them (I use mechanical pencils only for the same reason). I came upon it randomly for my journal and enjoy using it. So, I bought more for regular use.
In high school and college, I did use Papermate Erasermate for all my classes. I bought them in bulk back then. A side benefit was tests that were required to be done pen. I could go back and make corrections, having develop a good erasing skill over the years.
Yep - count me in on the Pilot G2.
I have a Waterman I LOVE the heft and feel of (it’s one of the cheap ones with the replaceable ink cartridge). I love the color of the blue ink. Unfortunately I have yet to find an acceptable ink cartridge that writes smoothly - they all feel jerky and rough.
For everyday I’ll stick with the G2.
Can you believe I finally registered on the dope just to join this thread?
I buy the office supplies for my institution, so I have free range of the Office Max catalog, and I’ve tried dozens of pens. I carry a pen at all times (in my right front pocket, if you must know). I also co-wrote a song about a pen called “I Love You, Pen.” It is about a man having an affair with a pen, of course.
The Pilot G2 was my preferred pen for a long time, but a few years ago I switched to the Pilot Q7. It is the nazz. I love it, and I want it close to me always.

OK that’s my first post. Hello, dopers!
Pilot G2. I keep .5mm black refills at the ready.
The perfect pen.
I just remember why I bought the Zebra F-402(not 302). I had a Cross pen that I was given to me in high school. I think it was a Century, silver. I liked how it didn’t bend. However, it was too thin and made my hand hurt after a while. The Zebra is thick enough for my grip.
TD Bank (formerly Commerce) pens.
Every time I go to the bank I take a handful of pens. I fill up my locker, book bag, and dorm room with those pens at the beginning of every semester. I never have to worry about not having a pen.
Just a cheap Parker fountain pen.
Pilot G2s are nice, but I like the Dr. Grip gel pens better.
I’m pretty brand loyal to Pilot. Smoothest writing ever.
I bought myself a Luxor Tonino for a few bucks at the supermarket because it was so eye catching. I replaced the innards with a Parker gel refill. I then started picking one up every time I shopped there, as there are lots of different colors. I alternated black and blue refills. They are terrific to write with as they are short and heavy and feel great in your hand. I make it a principle that if someone uses my pen and admires it I give it to them. So I always carry two. At one stage I had 10 of them but now I’m down to 3 as they have proved popular with my workmates, my mother and my ex-wife.
I write small.
I’m glad we were able to pull you in!
As I said, I’m pretty brand loyal to the Uni-ball, but judging from the responses, I think I’ll have to give some of the Pilot pens a try.
Your link failed for me - here is another.

Zebra F-301s. I buy them in bulk when I find them.
