Get online to eBay Saturday and score a used and perfectly good older iPad from some Tech nut who just bought the newest thing.
My husband left the house for 10 mins to pick my daughter up at the dentist and that’s when they tried to deliver.
I always thought the rumour the delivery people watched the house until you leave was just that. Now I’m convinced.
I wandered by the apple store on my way home and they still had them. I guess that counts as a strategy.
I pre-ordered the day it was announced. It was sitting in my foyer when I got home (management signs for and delivers our packages).
I have an iPhone 4S but this is my first iPad. My reaction has not been “Ooh, look at how cool specs X, Y, and Z are compared to the iPad 2!” It’s more along the lines of “OMG Angry Birds/Temple Run/Fruit Ninja looks awesome on this!”
