What issue most divides you from others who share your general political ideology?

Yeah I’m a similar pro-military leftist.

I do think the US military should probably be reduced in size, and the “military industrial complex” and its incest with the politicians choosing to start wars is obviously highly problematic. Oh, and of course the US history of intervention is appalling.
But…I think in some situations peacekeeping troops and even no fly zones etc have played a vital role in small conflicts around the world.

I don’t think it’s a positive thing that the dominant philosophy has now become “We don’t GAF about anything that happens outside our borders” or “Anything we do always makes things worse”

I’m a “conservative libertarian,” but…

I understand the burning of fossil fuels has warmed the Earth, and it will continue to warm due to the burning of fossil fuels.

I can’t stand Trump. (FTR, I can’t stand Biden, either.)

I am pro-vaccine.

I am pro-science.

I think there’s a big problem with law enforcement in our country. Too many of them abuse their authority, and the system needs to be overhauled.

I don’t subscribe to any conspiracy theories.

in fairness, I think what happened is that “reasonable” Republicans are scared of a vindictive narcissist who will stop at nothing to avenge “disloyalty/obedience”

“If you can’t admire Joe Biden as a person, then you got a problem,” Graham told a reporter, laughing in the back of a car. “You need to do some self-evaluation. 'Cause what’s not to like?”
