I would do “Ask the person who used to work in a mental institution,” but I was only there for \< 1 year, and even though I had a VERY interesting patient population (adults with schizophrenia), I didn’t have a lot of patient contact. Nowadays, I could do “Ask the person who does cancer research,” I suppose. I did answer in a thread that was something to the effect of “How do people work in Oncology?” There were plenty of more experienced people who got there first, so… 🙂 My husband is a novelist, though, and I have tried to get him signed up, to no avail. And my best friend ran for public office twice, but I doubt he’d be up to posting on a message board about it. Hmmm. I’ll work on it. ---

So many of these seem really interesting. I wonder if there should be a thread where people come in to say what they could offer in an “Ask the…” capacity. That way people could browse it and see what’s available. Sometimes you don’t know what you want to see until you know what’s there 😉 ---
