# What kind of feedback does your employer give?

I’ve only worked there for five months. I’m a remote hourly employee. Mostly there’s a lot of e-mail yelling, and one woman threatens to fire the whole team about every six weeks or so. Occasionally someone tells me I did something right. It’s really stressful. And depressing.
