I’m just sitting here wondering what everybody is listening to. For what it’s worth, right now I’m playing the “Dark Side of the Moon” album from Pink Floyd; in my car I have “Nirvana: Unplugged in New York”. Thanks ---

Started the day with Bach’s Sonatas for viola de gamba and harpsichord, played by Leonard Rose and Glenn Gould on 'cello and piano. Later on did the 1959 Columbia Symphony Orchestra recording of Beethoven’s Sixth, under Bruno Walter. (I got kids in the house. _I_ might not ever need to hear Beethoven’s symphonies again, but please god someone’s got to think of the children!) Finally _Harmony Hill_, the 1993 debut album by the great Sligo trad band [Dervish](http://www.dervish.ie/biography.htm). A little hangover from St. Paddy’s Day, I guess. ---

Right now, The Wife and Daughter One are working their way through “Rattlin’ Bog” or some other endless traditional song. Not that I mind the strings, but it is keeping me from my recorder practice. In the car I have just gotten a new Mozart tape and a ‘Best of Flatt & Scruggs’ to go with my Leon Redbone. ---
