If having a full head of hair is what defines desirable, then I’m less desirable than Paul Wolfowitz. If that’s not a reason to put a bullet into my brain, I don’t know what is. I know that everyone is having fun with the sex angle, (this being the U.S. where it seems to be the only angle that counts), but I was more interested in the ethics angle. Here are two middle-aged people, neither of whom would be considered eye candy, but neither of whom would make one hurl on the street, who got involved in a _romantic_ (_i.e._, not exclusively sexual) relationship, but then the guy, who is the head of the major single financial institution in the world goes out, after having to be told that his open relationship with a direct subordinate is inappropriate, instead of suggesting a simple lateral transfer so that she no longer reports to him, interferes with the HR department to insist on a significant promotion and an exorbitant raise. This is a guy who has (effectively) admitted to lying to get us into a war, then scurried into the public sector, based on his political connections, and took his lack of ethics along with him to tarnish that institution. When he moves to his next high profile job, (as he will), what do you figure the recruiting committee will be thinking that they decide to invite a person wholly lacking in ethics or truth to take their six-figure salary?
