What literary character are you?

And another Sherlock.

You are Lucy from the Chronicles of Narnia by C.S. Lewis. You are trusting and intensely loyal. You would go to the ends of the earth for your friends and would never betray them.
Another Lucy here.

I got Galadriel.

Which is pretty neat, because her name was the first one I thought of when I saw the thread title. But I wouldn’t come right out and say that; it would sound so presumptuous. But hey, the quiz said so, so there it is!

Nope, I got Lucy! Which is good since when I read the The Chronicles of Narnia series I did relate to her character.

Sam I Am

Yay! Lucy!

Yet, still another Sherlock.

I am too.

You are Karen Blixen from the book Out of Africa by Isak Dinesen. You are a strong woman with an adventurous nature. You can hold your own and aren’t afraid to speak your mind.

This is way cool because I loved the book and the movie. I just wish I was as adventurous as she was. She was my hero for years.

Gandalf. My wife is Hermione. From the sameness of the answers, I infer that there were not very many characters to choose from.

Just for the record, we are both HUGE LOTR and Potter fans.

That’s actually really neat and a nice thing for him to do.

And not surprisingly I am yet another Sherlock Holmes (or Hermione depending on gender selected).

Gandalf. Of the limited number of characters mentioned so far, that would be the most similar. The next closest would be Sherlock.

Another Gandalf. [shrug]…never read LOTR
SS

And Sherlock. I was hoping they’d have a Mr. Badger, but no luck.

Sherlock Holmes. I’m the first one, right?

I’m the only Superman so far it seems.

I got Eowyn too. This describes me to a tee.

Hermione.

A couple years ago, as a joke, a couple of people who played a particular online video game decided to “cast” Harry Potter with some of the other players. I ended up as Pansy Parkinson. She may be a loathsome person, but I’d rather be Pansy any day than that uptight goody two-shoes Hermione Granger.

I got Superman. That would make me Superman III, I think.

I’m Sherlock too.

But the questions don’t cover many possibilities e.g.

  1. My ideal job would be…

A detective or an FBI investigator.
A skydiving instructor or some type of adventure leader.
The ultimate dictator of the world.
Helping those who are deprived.
Being in the military or as a spy.
What job? I do what I want!

What about Teacher / Author …

  1. What is the most important characteristic to have?

Loyalty
Individuality
Creativity
Intelligence
Spontaneity
Physical strength and superiority

What about Kindness; Honesty

and so on.
