Did anyone else think this thread was going to explore what made one a prominent member of the Doper community? Anyhoo, I think we are largely a group of “hand-raisers.” We are all fairly likely to start a sentence with the word “Actually…” ---

Anyway, as to why one feels so comfortable here, it’s probably because most of us are here for the same reasons - to learn, and some to teach. Actually, pretty much what **Shirley** said. I would definitely say curiosity. It takes a good amount of curiosity to search for an answer to one of Cecils questions and then end up finding this place. Which is what makes the board so great. Almost no topic is not worth discussing here. If you take away the curiosity we’d be nothing.
