Kindness without being too wimpy. Honesty, but knowing how to judge whether a lie is a necessity in a situation. Guys who are funny, but not too silly. Maturity, but not too much of a ‘stick in the mud’. Do you see what I’m getting at? If all women were…me, I’d say your best bet is: tight jeans and pointy eyebrows. But then, I also like guys who smell like a mixture of dirty hair and stale cigarette smoke, so you might want to take my suggestion with a grain of salt. ---

Everywhere I went people would come up and and ask me for a cookbook. they were only teasing/joking of course, but it was an “easy in” to approach me. A nice ice breaker, conversation piece. Try something like that. ---

You know, I give my wife long massages 3+ times a week while we are lying in bed watching TV for the evening. Sometimes they last for hours, with her resting against my chest and me brushing her hair… rubbing her shoulders… scratching and massaging her scalp… working the neck… all while we are talking. I’ve been doing it (regular massages) for years, almost since we started dating. You ought to try it some time. ---

someone who can speak to you, or start a legitimate conversation without behaving like a tool. genuine interest in people provokes the desire to talk, and also the fear of saying something stupid or being rejected… so the ones who can bypass that fear because they are intent on speaking to someone who intriques them, is definately attractive. a guy who dresses for himself and not for the world, a guy who IS himself and not who the world tries to make him, creativity, humour, SPONTANAETY!! (sp) Honesty, Ability to talk openly without worrying who is going to judge them, Diverse tastes in everything from music to wierd socks - The more unique the better. 🙂 Sexy lips and being tall doesnt hurt either - but those dont make a guy a good guy, they just add to his already present charm 😉 ---

**Handy** (14,000 posts! :eek: ) had it right on when s/he said: “Surest way to attract a female if you’re a male is borrow a cute puppy or kitten & take it with you to the park.” My only addition to that comment is that you will do very well if the puppy is a basset hound puppy, for there is nothing more adorable.
