That “not meant for you” was actually from an inspirational site! There is also a variation that says “It’s not what God wants for you.” My favorite “Despair” one is “Dysfunction” - “The one common factor in all your dissatisfying relationships is you.” Oh, man, is that one true. ---

I love Demotivators! And my favorite Despair poster shows a cluster of track runners rounding a curve with the caption: “For every winner, there are a dozen losers. Odds are you’re one of them.” But I haven’t seen that on their web site for several years. Maybe it’s out of print now?
