I work in a liquor store. Baileys can go bad, as my boss has seen from the ones that were returned. It varies from bottle to bottle. Drink at your own risk. ---

The cream curdles with citrus. Kulula And Baily’s Irish Cream. You can pour a two layer drink. I think the Baily’s goes in first, then tilt the glass and slowly add in the Kulula. ---

That’s the Cement Mixer mentioned above. There’s a way of getting it to curdle and gather into the centre of the glass, I’m sure. It’s called the ‘brain haemorrhage’, with a shot of Tabasco added. Hmmmmm. ---
