Nope - the location in question is 10-15 miles from CIA HQ and quite a bit further from NSA, which is halfway to Baltimore. No quarry in that area either though there was some construction a mile or so further up the road; that’s far enough along that blasting (if it was required) should have been long-since complete. It’s on the takeoff path from Dulles Airport but still easily 10 miles away; if a plane is sensitive to GPS receivers a mile or so below on the ground, we’re all screwed :eek:
