Let’s see, I’d like: Facehugger in a Jar[sup]TM[/sup] from **Aliens**. The monolith from **2001: A Space Odyssey**. Jedi training shooty ball from **Star Wars**. Han Solo’s blaster from **Star Wars**. Original cylon gear from **Battlestar Galactica** (1979). The Staff of Ra from **Raiders of the Lost Ark**. Skeletal terminator arm from **Terminator 2: Judgment Day**. That should hold me for now… ---

A few years ago I went out with a woman who had all kinds of stuff like this. Not props, per se, but interesting parts of the sets. She’d go out and buy interesting things, put them on the sets of movies, and she’d get reimbursed for them. She was usually allowed to keep stuff that she liked. Her apartment was decked out with all sorts of cool stuff. Having said that, a phaser from any Star Trek movie. ---

Somehow someone friendly to the Soviets got a couple pictures and reported it back as some kind of secret US aircraft project. At least the cast claimed in interviews afterwords and the press, at the time, backed them up. ---
