Some of you have listed movies that I actually enjoyed, but I guess that’s to be expected. Many more terrible movies have been mentioned though.

No one has mentioned the only movie I ever walked out of: _Lost in Space_. I think I left when they crashed on some ice planet or something. I’ve seen bad movies, but this was _bad_. I wish I had walked out of _The Lost World: Jurassic Park_, but I with with other people (who also hated it, I found out when it was over). I thought about staying away from “Lost” movies, but I ended up really liking _Lost in Translation_. Come to think of it I also liked _Lost Boys_.

Bullworth.

Warren Beatty raps.

That is all you need to know. Carry on.

Wow, I was sure I would be the only one that listed this one! Those goddam huge headshots freaked me out - why do we need closeups that only show half of a pore-exposing face? Plus there was some weekend dad there with his little kid, and it freaked us out to think of that poor little kid seeing that far-too-graphic child’s autopsy played out in glorious color.

I won passes to **Blind Date** , and was really glad I didn’t pat to get. We would’ve paid to get out, though! First glance into a surly, grouchy, bitchy Bruce Willis was not a pleasant experience.

The only movie I ever actually walked out of was _Jacob’s Ladder_. Many people have told me since that if I tried to watch it again, I’d probably enjoy it. I don’t doubt them, but I also don’t want to try. 🙂

I fell asleep at a midnight premiere of _Fellowship of the Ring_, not because I was bored, but because I was exhausted. I also fell asleep during _Dragonheart_, and drooled all over my boyfriend. He was quite gracious about it, actually.

I wish with all my heart I had been able to walk out of _Unbreakable_, but it was cold out, there were no video games in the lobby, and I didn’t drive there.

I occasionally write movie reviews for an online magazine, and some of the movies I’ve had to see have been unfortunate. I never would have seen _Signs_ in the first place, given my feeling about _Unbreakable_. _The Ring_ probably would have lost me about halfway through. And I actually contemplated slitting my wrists with my ticket stub during _Daredevil._

My wife and I walked out of “Dirty Duck” (the Flo and Eddie movie, not the one iwth Lea Thompson) because it was obviously the drugs talking, not the filmmakers

Our whole party of six walked out of Solaris (the original Russian version) because it was so fucking dull.

I’ve walked out of a number of movies, but the only one I can think of at the moment is _Jurrassic Park_. I got fed up with this supposedly big time, _well-thought out_ and researched film, where I could see at least one way for the foolproof plan to keep the critters from breeding to fail. And I’m not even a biologist.

I have also stayed at a number of movies that I didn’t actually whether I watched them or not - I used to go to movies for the A/C.

Oh, my, that’s one of my favorite movies!

I don’t think I’ve never walked out on a movie (pay **way** too much in NYC to do that. I should have walked out on several, including **Saving Private Ryan** , and the complete tripe that was **Win a Date with Tad Hamilton**.

I’ve never walked out of a movie in a theater, but I came close with Titanic. The last movie I couldn’t finish was Legally Blonde 2.

I nearly fell asleep in Master And Commander, so I walked out. I guess I am more of a comedy fan.
As a Jack Black said at the Oscars “Booooring! Catherine Zeta Jones is Snooring!!”
I cannot wait to see the new Jack film this spring. I think Envy is going to be hilarious! Anyone else??

One of the Robocops… either 2 or 3. I was bored and wanted to work on seducing the ticket guy. The two people I went with were not amused. I’ve shut off several rentals, including Druids (the recent one with Christopher Lambert).

My dad fell asleep during Dragonslayer… it was hell on a still-quite-young-me waking him up at the end (he’s a very sound sleeper).

Same exact thing for me. I just went ahead and fell asleep instead.

The only movie I ever walked out of was **Dune** My god what a snorefest that was. I guess I would have like it better if I had read the book, but that put me to sleep too.

I walked out of the movie “Tomcats” after 5 minutes… Just enough to hear about their plan to pour viagra in a wedding punch… Aaaaaah! Unfortunately, tickets were not refundable (I could have had my weight in M&M’s for that).
Watching “I still know what you did last summer” was painful too, although not as much as “the beast”, a would-be horror movie with a giant rubber octopus which has leakage problems and hates bearded men. Humph.

_The Coneheads_–I didn’t even want to go see it, but had an argument with my husband and was in an absolutely vile mood. It was the only thing starting at the time I arrived at the movies. I made it about 15-20 minutes before leaving.

_Wind_–at least, I think that’s what it’s called. It was this weird surrealistic movie about some kind of sailing competition and exes and new loves getting together all over the place. I don’t recall. I just remember about an hour into the movie, my husband and I looked at each other and read the “please let me out of here” signs.

_Lost in Space_–I loved the TV show. The less we say about the movie, by far the better.

There were a few others–_Willow_ (too bloody), _Clear and Present Danger_ (I just wasn’t getting into it, although my husband stayed through the movie and enjoyed it

The first movie I ever walked out of was Bambi. I was 5 and got very traumatized by the violent death of Bambi’s mom. And yeah, I was a kind of a chicken as a kid. Obviously.

Well, since Izzybella is carrying it back to our childhood, I must here hang my head and shamefacedly confess that I walked out of _Snow White_ when I was a little girl. Actually, “walked out” is probably way too mild. If I recall correctly, I ran crying out. It was the part where Snow White has fled from the hunter who was supposed to kill her, and all the eyes are looking at her from the dark forest.

I was a real scare-baby, huh? :o

I walked out on Goodfellas with only like 20 minutes left. By that time we (my girlfriend of the time) relized that it didn’t matter how it ended, it was that dull.
