I believe I have the answers to all of your questions. I recently did a great deal of scale research to find out a bunch of scales.

C-D-Eb-G-A = C Kumoi

C-E-F-G-Bb = C Chinese Flat 4 Flat 7

C-E-F-G-B = C Chinese Flat 4

Just to be of extra help. I’ll list all the scales of the pentatonic formations of both major and minor below in the key of C.

All Minor Pentatonic Scales and Chinese Scales in C
Formation: 1, 3, 4, 5, 7
Am Pentatonic – A C D E G
Bm Pentatonic Flat 5 – B D E F A
C Chinese Flat 4 – C E F G B
Dm Pentatonic – D F G A C
Em Pentatonic – E G A B D
F Chinese – F A B C E
G Chinese Flat 4 Flat 7 – G B C D F

All Major Pentatonic Scales, Hirajoshi, Balinese, Kumoi, and Pelog Scales in C
Formation: 1, 2, 3, 5, 6
A Hirajoshi – A B C E F
B Balinese– B C D F G
C Pentatonic – C D E G A
D Kumoi – D E F A B
E Pelog – E F G B C
F Pentatonic – F G A C D
G Pentatonic – G A B D E

Hope this helps answer all of your questions.
