One does not need to bash BushCo any longer. They are doing a rather effective job of undermining their own credibility and trustworthiness. I’m almost looking forward to four more years, because if Bush just gets voted out, there very likely will not be as much digging into the depths of this administration’s true arrogance and corruption as there would be if he loses in November. ---

What a tool that guy is. _We_ are not the ones who get to decide whether what we’re doing is a “favor” that they should “appreciate”… _they_ are. If I jabbed Bill O’Reilly in the eye with a sharp stick as a favor to him, do you think he’d appreciate it? If not, would that be an indication that I should’ve bombed him instead? ---

Gosh, if only the rest of the right wing had the common fucking sense to realize going into this thing that Iraq in particular and the Middle East in general really don’t give a shit about U.S.-style freedom. Maybe in a generation or two, if they’ve had a chance to figure out for themselves why their values suck ass. But not now, while they’re violently opposed to any ideology that opposes their fundamental right to suck ass. Kurdistan excepted, although we seem poised to order them to suck ass. I saw this in person, in the comfort of my own living room, on my own TV. O’Reilly lost it on this one. The whole thing had no point and made no sense. He seemed confused and disoriented. No one, even the most staunch conservative, could possibly agree with his statements. Note: The above statement means that I agree with **Reeder** in only the most limited sense. I doubt that such agreement will happen again in the memory of living man. :o ---
