I agree about the cap. It’s a major reason for all the freeway flying.
Oh, I checked our contract and here are all the possible leaves that may be taken: sick, personal necessity, industrial accident and illness, maternity, child rearing, bereavement, judicial, legislative, professional development, sabbatical, retraining…and then you can also bank leave and take advantage of our catastrophic leave pool as well.
