I indirectly oversee the maintenance of my 100+ unit mid-rise condo buildings. We have no reduction in need for routine services and for break/fix services. It isn’t use/traffic that creates most large building maintenance; it’s the passage of time.
We find scheduling our usual suppliers to handle break/fix to be harder than normal; they’re slammed. And these are exactly the type/scale of suppliers that work commercial buildings, not single family homes.
Of course FL is weird since Nov-Apr is our busy season for construction. Which is the opposite from up north in cold country.
