I figure there might be some link of personality and what they recieve in the mail every week/month. My household is subsribed of course to a small local newspaper, _The Houston Chronicle_, and the more local local newspaper (but won’t say). But _I_ am on the mailing list for _Time_ Magazine and _Popular Science_. Why we don’t get _National Geographic_ I don’t know; but we should. Yep. Nothin badass or vulgar or seditious, and no chicks in bikinis on Harley’s for this Sweater-vested man 🆒. ---

I was going to say none, but then I remembered that as a member of the Institute of Internal Auditors I receive a subscription to _Internal Auditor_ magazine. That’s it though. No newspaper subscription, no other magazines, nothing. But I do receive a healthy supply of offeres for Capital One credit cards. ---

Loads of 'em. _The Economist_. Obviously, everyone here knows what that is. _Scientific American_. Likewise. _National Geographic_. And again. _TLS_. Highbrow book reviews. _Mojo_. The monthly magazine of choice for the British Rock Snob. Contains regular articles on Tim Buckley, Nick Drake and Captain Beefheart. _Wire_. Magazine on experimental music. They did have Radiohead on the front cover once but they received numerous letters complaining of a sell-out to mainstream populism. Contains regular articles on recent developments in Portuguese electronica and Norweigan Death Metal. _Prospect_. Highbrow news and commentary. Once gave away a copy of the Human Genome Sequence on CD-ROM. _History Today_. Fairly obvious what that’s about. _Sight and Sound_. Monthly film magazine. ---

_Baltimore Magazine_ No, it’s not about El Caminos and the latest ‘stoop’ cleaning techniques… _Metropolitan Home_ I completed the card and wrote out a check to subscribe to _Cook’s Illustrated_. When I’ll mail it, though, is another matter entirely. ---
