# What places generally have attractive employees?

It’s more likely the causality goes the other way.

Way back in the Olden Dayes when gay was not really acceptable for public facing jobs in big corporations it was still the case that the vast majority of the far fewer male FAs were (discreetly) gay. OTOH, the few of the few who weren’t scored massively with the straight female FAs of the day. Once they persuaded the chix they were into women. Their personalities mesh much better than did/do pilot personalities.

The industry term of art for male FA’s in the Olden Dayes was “ball-bearing stewardess.” They rolled so much more easily than the women did.
