Could you be a fictional president? David Palmer might be fun, but hard to pull off gracefully unless you have a certain pre-existing foundation. Well, since you’re female, I wouldn’t recommend dressing as a president with facial hair. How about JFK? If there are a lot of baby boomers at the party, you’ll automatically be the most popular party guest in the room, even if you do nothing particularly memorable. Of course, it might be a little difficult rigging up the full-body halo and getting the walking-on-water trick right… ---

My son, who is in second grade, just brought home a time magazine, jr which had an article about tall Presidents. LBJ looked so warm and cute and friendly in the little cartoon that you should totally go as him. What a mensch he looked like! Meanwhile, IRL not so much. He’s the third tallest, btw, after Lincoln and Jefferson. Then there are five who are tied for 4th, including my boyfr, um, President Clinton. ---

A couple I knew went as CLinton and Monica. He int he blue dress, wig and a little dried elmer’s Glue on the dress. She with powdered hair (for the grey) dress shirt, tie, cigar and boxers. ---
