There’s a song on Wu Tang Forever (it’s been a few years since I listened to it, so I dont remeber what song) – It had a loop on it that I would SWEAR was taken from one of the Zelda games, but I never had that confirmed.
Also, the loop from Mos Def’s “Mathematics” was used in NFL2K for Sega Dreamcast. Both the game and Mos Def’s album were released within a few months of each other in 1999…so I’d guess that Sega liscensed the song from Mos Def, but I don’t know.
