The only reading material in my bathroom is the backs of shampoo bottles and conditioner. I read “Lather, rinse and repeat” a lot. Nothing something you want to consider when taking a big poo. \< snort \> Sorry I have no men in my house and if I have the need to linger on the potty I usually listen to the TV. ---

plnnr–you either don’t have kids or you’re not with them all day long every day. Anyone out there who does, and is, knows that the crapper is not just a place to “do your business”–it’s a sanctuary. It’s the only place in my house where I can be ALONE for a little while! And so I keep a variety of reading material in mine–as well as an electronic Yahtzee game. You know, we all must look small to you from that high horse you’re on! 😃 ---

Playboy, Lands End catalog, Laser Focus world, Optics & Photonics News, Physics Today, Scientific American,Skeptical Inquirer, Archaeology, American Scientist,Technology Review, Rolling Stone, Prometheus Books catalog,A couple of old vidio catalogs, “The Potty Book for Girls”, and “2107 Curious Word Origins, Sayings & Expressions from White Elephants to Song Dance” by Chalres Earle Funk. It’s past time to clean out the reading matter. ---

Maybe it’s a guy thing. My towel shelf is now full of magazines; Car Modeler and Scale Auto Enthusiast Custom Rodder (mainly customized '50s cars) Precision Shooting A couple of current issues of Astronomy and Sky & Telescope. ---

A very battered copy of _Lucifers Hammer_, a few Spider Robinson _Callahan’s_ books, 2 Robert Heinlein books (I forget which ones), and a large pile of _Gallery_ and _Live Young Girl_, dusty, but still useful for when i decide I want to jerk off. What, you thought I was going to be cute about “articles”? Please, it’s not Playboy, it’s Gallery. Sheesh. ---
